At Iron & Resin, we stand by the quality of our gear and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer returns or exchanges on all unwashed and unworn items within 30 days of the original delivery date.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; please ensure all original tags are attached to avoid processing delays.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
